Responsibilities
- Provision and maintain AWS accounts and GCP projects while keeping environments baseline-compliant.
- Implement cloud policy guardrails and baseline configurations using AWS Control Tower, GCP Organizational Policies, and policy-as-code tools.
- Use AI coding tools to refactor infrastructure-as-code modules, automate compliance checks, and streamline CloudOps workflows.
- Support engineering teams with cloud access, account structures, capacity adjustments, quota management, and identity setup.
- Partner with Security, Platform, and Development teams to improve IAM practices and cloud security.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Cloud Engineering experience managing multi-account or multi-project cloud environments, with a primary focus on GCP and strong AWS proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with cloud account lifecycle management, landing zones, organizational hierarchies and policies, AWS Organizations, SCPs, and IAM.
- At least 2 years of experience writing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Terraform and CloudFormation with version control.
- Experience using AI coding and automation tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini.
- At least 2 years of scripting experience in Python or Go for operational automation, CLI tooling, and cloud API integration.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills supporting development teams with cloud access, quotas, and configuration troubleshooting.
- Basic Azure governance familiarity and relevant AWS or GCP certifications are preferred.
