Base Salary

$114k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex inbound and outbound integrations supporting Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and related enterprise systems.
  • Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Provide break/fix support, troubleshoot production issues, monitor integration performance, and perform regression testing.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on integration architecture and enterprise integration strategies.
  • Translate functional and technical specifications into integration solutions and maintain data mappings, interface specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Support audits, validation processes, monitoring, incident resolution, system releases, and deployment activities.
  • Lead resolution of high-severity production issues and ensure adherence to data quality, security, privacy, and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area.
  • Six to eight years of related experience developing and supporting system integrations.
  • Experience with Workday integrations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors, along with strong knowledge of the Workday data model and business processes.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP web services, and SFTP.
  • Knowledge of database concepts, SQL querying, integration monitoring, error handling, and HR and payroll business processes.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages; version control systems such as Git; and middleware or integration monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical problem-solving, documentation, prioritization, and technical communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy principles and the ability to translate technical specifications into working integrations.

  • Expected hiring range is $113,865.00 to $165,105.00, with starting salary determined by factors including education, experience, location, knowledge, expertise, skills, and internal pay comparisons.
