Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leaders to define strategic initiatives and drive technical execution.
- Build and maintain complex full-stack product features and systems.
- Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor teammates.
- Contribute to building a world-class engineering team through recruiting and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience building large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Excitement about Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems in production environments.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Ability to independently scope, plan, and lead projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communicator capable of articulating technical decisions to various stakeholders.
- Passionate about building intuitive and indispensable products.
