Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on design, development, code review, and technical delivery for complex .NET applications.
- Lead development across WPF desktop applications and Angular-based web applications.
- Define and review technical designs, coding standards, design guidelines, and architecture-aligned implementation practices.
- Guide modernization, legacy-to-modern transition, refactoring, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Provide technical direction on REST APIs, backend services, data models, WCF, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and production-readiness expectations.
- Guide unit testing, automation, performance tuning, memory profiling, and non-functional requirement reviews.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point and support production stability and incident resolution.
- Lead technical activities in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and coach senior and junior engineers and collaborate with global stakeholders and partner teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 5 years in relevant industry experience.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF, XAML, MVVM, Angular, enterprise application development, and SQL Server.
- Experience with REST APIs, WCF, backend integrations, Entity Framework or NHibernate, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, n-tier and service-based architectures, and solution architecture.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, automated testing, and globally distributed teams is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise or product-based platforms and the Product Development Lifecycle is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and English writing and speaking skills.
