Base Salary

$129k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated embedded software builds, integration, and testing.
  • Architect, implement, and operate cloud-based platforms supporting build, test, virtualization, and co-simulation capabilities.
  • Integrate pipelines with physical and virtual test environments and automated test suites.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtualization platforms and cloud services.
  • Monitor platform performance, reliability, availability, and software quality metrics, then implement improvements.
  • Troubleshoot build, pipeline, and cloud infrastructure issues with developers, architects, test engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, reviews, demonstrations, and roadmap updates.
  • Ensure platforms comply with corporate policies, cybersecurity standards, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Lead or drive challenging technical projects through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in software tools, platform, or infrastructure development with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud applications.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, and at least one of C, C++, or Java.
  • Understanding of embedded software development tools, build processes, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of test automation for software validation in virtual and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD solutions for complex, multi-component systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead or drive ambiguous technical projects to successful completion.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, large-scale cloud-native platform experience, embedded or automotive test framework experience, automotive communication protocol knowledge, automotive development tool experience, virtual workspace experience, and cloud or CI/CD cybersecurity knowledge.
