Base Salary
$142k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
- Define technical architecture and long-term roadmaps for GO Systems tooling and internal platforms.
- Identify and resolve systemic engineering bottlenecks while improving reliability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews, code quality practices, incident management, and technical alignment across teams.
- Drive adoption of AI and automation technologies to improve workflow efficiency and support experience quality.
- Analyze operational data and develop tooling, business cases, and technical proposals for process improvements.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical craft, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack projects across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- 6+ years of experience driving complex, multi-team technical projects and contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience architecting and scaling internal tooling platforms or operational support systems in a large, multinational environment.
- Experience communicating technical decisions and influencing cross-functional partners through written proposals and design documentation.
- Experience working across global, multicultural teams to improve business operations and tooling.
- Preferred experience with workforce management tools, bug management systems, or customer support platforms.
- Preferred experience with responsible AI practices, AI skill development, agent orchestration, process change management, and integrating AI or machine learning into operational workflows.
- Preferred experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to complex operational tooling roadmaps.
Benefits
- Base salary of $142,000/year to $201,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
