Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce landscape, product use, and Salesforce-related tasks.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into front-end solutions and help partner teams shape workflow-platform roadmaps.
- Maintain and document API integrations and installed applications.
- Manage platform lifecycle, process alignment, technical debt remediation, deployment practices, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and support teams in a 24/7/365 Salesforce environment.
- Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.
- Experience managing Salesforce Flows.
- Hands-on experience with source control and release-management tools such as GitHub, Copado, and Flosum.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- One or more Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer, or commensurate practical experience.
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise, is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.

- Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually depending on location.
