Base Salary
$141k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to architect and launch new user-facing features and products.
- Design and drive initiatives that improve backend system availability and reliability.
- Improve engineering processes and tools to scale the codebase and team.
- Mentor less experienced engineers.
- Travel occasionally to support customer deployments and onsite implementations.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering industry experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have proficiency in or eagerness to learn Ruby on Rails and Golang.
- Have experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience with or enthusiasm for AI-augmented and agentic software development workflows.
