Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience building backend or full-stack production services.
- Strong understanding of system design and team architecture.
- Ability to write automated tests and debug cross-service issues.
- Experience in anticipating blockers and communicating tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with Java/.NET, Node.js, React, Azure, CI/CD, and RDBMS.
