Responsibilities
- Lead technical AI transformation engagements, including customer discovery, demos, pilots, envisioning sessions, workshops, and adoption planning.
- Design secure, scalable, modular customer architectures aligned with enterprise strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Drive technical wins, customer adoption, pipeline generation, competitive wins, and Copilot/Agents deal progression.
- Support AI Workforce and Microsoft 365 upsell opportunities, including Teams Phone opportunities and partner co-sell motions.
- Build proof-of-concepts and translate customer business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Identify, document, and escalate technical blockers and maintain deal hygiene, technical close plans, and consumption plans in MSX.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, and partners to ensure smooth deployment and adoption handoffs.
- Mentor IC3–IC4 engineers, lead peer learning, share deal insights, and provide feedback to product and go-to-market leadership.
- Pursue L200 consultative and L400 technical depth certifications and participate in coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot technologies, generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, identity, security, and compliance concepts.
- Ability to build customer demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution architectures.
- Experience conducting customer discovery, identifying business challenges, leading technical demonstrations, and running workshops.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions and communicate effectively with executives.
- Preferred experience with AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, conversational agents, enterprise productivity, business process automation, and digital transformation.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 certifications, are preferred.
