Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and reusable libraries.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build automated testing tools and processes for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Track defects, resolutions, bug fixes, quality metrics, risks, and automation coverage.
- Collaborate with development, project management, delivery, business, testing, and client teams.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing strategies, processes, and tools.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist testers and support personnel with system problem resolution and communicate findings clearly.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in test automation.
- Mandatory skill: Test Automation.
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing tools, test frameworks, and validation processes.
- Ability to understand software requirements, develop technical specifications, and resolve complex technical design issues.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to work with Agile delivery teams and support functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Ability to document code, test cases, debug data, automation processes, and project outcomes according to quality standards.
