Responsibilities

  • Build AI Agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, deer-flow, and related frameworks.
  • Develop industrial LLM applications for energy forecasting, equipment fault diagnosis, and photovoltaic-storage-charging coordination.
  • Perform model fine-tuning using SFT, RLHF, DPO, and LoRA, and support private model deployment.
  • Build industry knowledge graphs and vector databases and optimize RAG strategies for industrial documents and unstructured data.
  • Integrate AI Agents with EMS, SCADA, HMI, and industrial protocols including Modbus, OPC UA, IEC104, and MQTT.
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI models and Agent services, including data governance, training, inference acceleration, containerized deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Develop high-concurrency AI services and address industrial real-time performance, reliability, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, control engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of AI algorithm or architecture research and development experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI Agent principles such as ReAct, PlanAct, and CodeAct, plus practical experience with prompt engineering and function calling.
  • Practical development experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
  • Advanced Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with open-source models such as LLaMA, Qwen, or ChatGLM and with production-oriented RAG engineering.
  • Knowledge of at least one domain such as power distribution, microgrids, energy storage, industrial IoT, or industrial control systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Docker/Kubernetes cloud-native technologies.
  • Experience with inference optimization using technologies such as vLLM or TensorRT-LLM and high-concurrency service development with FastAPI or gRPC is preferred.
  • Experience with time-series modeling, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, end-to-end LLM or AI Agent delivery, open-source contributions, distributed training with DeepSpeed or Megatron-LM, or publications at NeurIPS or ICLR is preferred.
