Responsibilities
- Develop production-ready AI applications and systems using AI tools, cloud AI services, and generative AI models.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions, including virtual agents, chatbots, deep learning, neural networks, and image processing applications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI models and systems for optimal performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in virtual agents.
- Proficiency in virtual agents is required.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
