Requirements

- Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
