Responsibilities
- Support the Systems Engineering team in developing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and debugging internal applications and services.
- Collaborate with project managers, business units, and Systems Engineering colleagues to deliver new features and improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, test-driven, and well-documented code according to team standards and best practices.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, continuous development processes, and technical support for systems within the team’s remit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable full-stack development experience with C# .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC/Razor, HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with development IDEs such as Visual Studio and VS Code and version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of basic data structures and object-oriented development principles.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, interpersonal, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred experience includes 1–2 years of development, T-SQL, SQL Server, Azure or AWS, Azure DevOps or Jira, Power Automate, and computerised system validation concepts.
- Fluent spoken and written English and availability during CET/GMT business hours.
