Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and maintain trading systems for crypto options using C++ and Java.
- Partner with trading desks and research teams to identify and capture opportunities.
- Own design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support across the full development process.
- Build and support low-latency, high-throughput systems and exchange connectivity.
- Collaborate with engineers, traders, and researchers in a large trading and development organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with C++ or Java and the ability to work across multiple programming languages.
- Experience working directly with end customers and scoping and delivering production systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience developing to cloud platforms and/or crypto exchanges.
- Experience building low-latency execution systems or exchange connectivity.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and multi-venue environments.
- Understanding of trading operations.
- Experience with Linux-based, concurrent, high-throughput software systems.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, risk-identification, communication, and collaboration skills.
