Responsibilities
- Define and implement the test automation strategy across the Archiving Technology domain.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize automation frameworks and scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
- Create automated testing approaches for UI, API, and database layers.
- Build automated test dashboards and analyze results to identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Define non-financial risk and performance-testing approaches in line with bank standards.
- Coach and mentor junior Quality Engineers on test automation.
- Share solutions and approaches for test automation challenges through demonstrations.
Requirements
- Significant experience defining and implementing test automation strategies in large IT organizations.
- Experience with Selenium, Serenity, TestNG, JUnit, LoadRunner or Performance Center, JMeter, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
- Thorough understanding of TDD and BDD techniques, including Gherkin and Cucumber syntax.
- Understanding of Page Object Model, Factory, Façade, and Singleton design patterns.
- Demonstrable experience defining non-functional requirements and developing performance-testing automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online, Office 365, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
