Responsibilities
- Own customer-specific AI solutions end-to-end, including problem discovery, solution design, development, deployment, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
- Build reusable AI-powered solutions on DeepJudge’s platform and internal tooling that can serve customers at scale.
- Partner with engineering and ML teams to improve AI-powered features in the core product and platform.
- Collaborate hands-on with customers and their technical or innovation teams through guidance, tooling, and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging LLM models, techniques, and approaches and bring valuable capabilities into production.
- Identify opportunities and issues and coordinate across teams to advance important work.
Requirements
- Experience building technically ambitious LLM-powered projects through APIs, DSPy, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent systems.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer orientation, product judgment, and focus on delivering customer value.
- Persistent problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to develop legal domain expertise; a legal background is not required.
