Responsibilities
- Own the technical solution from architecture and hands-on implementation through production rollout and customer adoption.
- Deploy and configure DeepJudge across cloud and on-premise customer environments.
- Integrate DeepJudge with document management systems, identity providers, cloud platforms, and other data sources.
- Troubleshoot issues involving infrastructure, networking, authentication, integrations, and application behavior.
- Build deployment automation, implementation tooling, documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to improve the product and deployment experience.
- Translate recurring customer requirements and challenges into product and engineering improvements.
- Identify and address missing processes, broken systems, and scalability needs as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Forward Deployment, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Experience deploying or operating enterprise software in production environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability and interest in working directly with enterprise customers and guiding complex implementations from kickoff to production.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across infrastructure, integrations, and application behavior.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with enterprise search, AI/LLM platforms, document management systems, Infrastructure as Code, or startup and high-growth SaaS environments.
