Responsibilities
- Create and evolve new UI based on intricate designs and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain Design System components for a consistent user interface.
- Evaluate and optimize performance by analyzing browser rendering and API data loading.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive technical solutions.
- Advocate for coding excellence through rigorous standards and mentoring.
- Monitor operational health by addressing alerts and escalations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure application reliability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript in browser and CLI environments.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Strong skills with React in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in micro-frontend architectures and modern build systems.
- Command of Git and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.
- Experience with agentic coding and monitoring tools like Grafana.
- Quality-driven mindset with a focus on testing and ownership.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Exceptional collaborative skills in fast-paced settings.
- Technical versatility with experience in PHP or other backend languages.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure for build deployment and caching.
