Base Salary
$146k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition, onboarding, monetization, organic growth, and retention across New Relic’s web properties.
- Improve our Drupal architecture and automated testing to ensure scalability.
- Participate in the design process, providing technical feedback to the creative team.
- Formulate efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
- Contribute to the technical aspects of New Relic's public web properties.
- Enhance reliability and speed of new features through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Lead and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.
- Identify blockers and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of professional work experience.
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC, MySQL, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 development.
- Solid understanding of PHP, Symfony, Twig, CSS, Git, and JavaScript.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering production code using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborative work style that promotes shared code ownership.
- Fluency in English.
