Base Salary
$154k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to system engineers and developers and lead the team through requirements, design, implementation, integration, and delivery.
- Define requirements, decompose work into actionable development tasks, and translate user needs into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop technical diagrams, interface documentation, charts, and other system documentation for enterprise operational systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, solution architects, government stakeholders, and the PMO on technical direction, priorities, schedules, milestones, and delivery status.
- Ensure designs meet architecture and security requirements and work with security engineers to address findings from system security scans.
- Research technologies and products to modernize the Sponsor’s ICAM environment and advise technical staff on service and tool implementation.
- Represent the team in staff, requirements, technical leadership, and technical exchange meetings.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Master’s degree and 15+ years of experience are required; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience with IdAM/ICAM services and the security accreditation and authorization process for system approval is required.
- Experience with cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services, is required.
- Experience in systems engineering, requirements and system interface analysis, and enterprise-scale development projects is required.
- Experience developing and maintaining interface control documents between components in an enterprise operational system is required.
- Strong communication skills for explaining requirements and user stories to development teams and stakeholders are required.
- Experience translating user requirements into achievable agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria is required.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and product backlog management is required.
- Preferred qualifications include requirements management across multiple customers, SaaS ICAM vendors such as Ping, Okta, and SavyInt, Scrum Master experience, CloudFormation, Puppet, Groovy, containers, cloud and non-cloud network troubleshooting, Ansible, Terraform, Web Application Firewall configuration, and networking design and troubleshooting.
