Base Salary
$154k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Operate, administer, maintain, upgrade, and improve the Sponsor's ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and authorized plugins.
- Automate data collection and integrate corporate data systems and external systems to provide accurate, actionable data.
- Analyze, design, deploy, and maintain system modifications, upgrades, interfaces, and software solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow sign-on methods with LDAP or PKI certificates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver customized application solutions.
- Evaluate existing ServiceNow deployments and identify improvements or issues.
- Support application rollouts, enhancements, enterprise IT service management tools, software application operations and maintenance, and business process mapping.
Requirements
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Must have a bachelor's degree and at least 18 years of experience, or a master's degree and at least 15 years of experience.
- Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience developing, designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience using JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for ServiceNow software solutions.
- Experience developing and designing MySQL databases for ServiceNow integration.
- Experience with system integration, process automation, ServiceNow instance upgrades, reports, dashboards, and configuration.
- Experience delivering products through Agile software development methods.
- Experience deploying applications on Linux servers.
- Preferred experience facilitating application rollouts, developing enterprise IT service management tools, providing software application O&M support, and performing business process mapping.
