Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as an AI Research Lab.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for rapid departmental growth.
- Help position the new department for potential spin-off and institutional backing.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
