Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI Research Lab domains.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones.
- Help position the new department for rapid growth and a potential spin-off to attract institutional backing.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders while reporting directly to the department founder.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
- Demonstrate a high-agency builder mindset and proven domain expertise.
- Bring the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
