Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical standards for agent and agentic-interaction quality, stability, and sustainability.
- Generate and analyze agent traces to identify opportunities to improve quality.
- Create ground truths and evaluations to measure and validate agent performance.
- Apply machine learning and reinforcement learning fundamentals to improve agents and intelligent workflows.
- Analyze the technical and operational impact of platform changes in high-availability, business-critical systems.
- Lead complex AI/ML projects and ensure efficient system integration and evolution.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing RAG/GraphRAG systems.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Knowledge of Mercado Libre tools and platforms including Verdi Flows, MeliGPT, Fury, MCP, Skills, Claude, and Codex.
- Familiarity with Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and Git.
- Analytical ability for agent-trace analysis, ground-truth and evaluation generation, and continuous quality assessment.
- Experience leading complex AI/ML projects involving high-availability systems.
