Base Salary

$175k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and architect customer solutions using Extend.
Develop the playbook for customer engagement and incorporate customer feedback across the team.
Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and running proofs of concept.
Build relationships with end users and identify additional problems Extend can solve within organizations.
Answer technical questions and address customer requirements before they become blockers.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues involving schemas, prompts, and processor configurations.
Deliver product demonstrations that translate technical concepts into clear value propositions.
Manage proofs of concept from planning through execution.
Help customers evaluate tradeoffs among latency, cost, and performance when deploying LLMs.
Own significant areas of customer success while working directly with the CEO, CTO, and enterprise customers.

Strong engineering ability suited to designing and architecting solutions for complex customer problems.
Ability to build genuine relationships with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
Ability to answer deep technical questions about API architecture, security, parsing mechanisms, and on-premises deployments.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues involving schemas, prompts, and processor configurations.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly through product demonstrations.
Ability to manage proofs of concept from planning through execution and ensure customer success criteria are met.
