Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend.
- Write the playbook for customer interactions and feedback incorporation.
- Build genuine relationships with end users and grow Extend within organizations.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and running POCs.
- Inspire confidence by addressing deep technical questions and requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly for customers.
- Give compelling product demos that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Run and manage POCs from planning through execution.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in AI and document processing.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and technical support.
- Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel onsite as needed.
