Base Salary
$120k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for key city and agency accounts across field operations, technical teams, IT, and leadership.
- Configure Cyvl's platform for agency data and workflows and prototype custom outputs and integrations using Claude Code and Cyvl's API.
- Identify expansion opportunities, including budget cycles, RFPs, and unmet customer needs, and support proposals and renewals with technical expertise.
- Build durable customer adoption that does not depend on a single internal champion.
- Create scalable FDE playbooks covering onboarding, integrations, expansion triggers, and ROI frameworks.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation.
- Require experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales or implementation cycles.
- Require hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Require fluency in SaaS and API concepts and comfort discussing SSO, integrations, and data access with IT teams.
- Require credibility with field operations leaders, city IT teams, and agency leadership.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City or San Francisco.
- Government or municipal client experience, GIS, geospatial, LiDAR, infrastructure asset management, account expansion, and interest in building a team are preferred.
