Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems covering accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and collaborate with customer engineering teams on production implementations.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Provide white-glove deployment of geospatial AI systems and contribute field insights to the Google Maps Platform product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Experience managing technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Preferred experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
- A master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
