Base Salary
$183k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Lead technical design for enterprise-grade AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove execution roadblocks.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers and convert field feedback into feature requests.
- Own implementation strategy and the technical reality of delivery while guiding customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, enterprise content management systems, identity, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML model deployments.
- Ability to investigate novel technical problems, resolve ambiguity, diagnose bugs, and develop credible architectural solutions.
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
