Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions using Lightning, headless architectures, Commerce APIs, REST APIs, and Composite APIs.
- Lead cross-cloud architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty, and B2B Commerce.
- Design complex checkout, pricing, catalog, promotion, identity, and multi-market commerce flows.
- Lead engineering teams through code standards, design reviews, and architectural governance.
- Drive environment strategy, source-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Optimize Salesforce solutions for large data volumes, performance, security, and platform best practices.
- Design secure authentication and identity flows using SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Establish integrations with ERPs and downstream systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Design Order Management System architecture covering order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and payment integration.
- Integrate Omni-Channel Inventory services, external pricing engines, and distributed commerce platforms.
Requirements
- 11+ years of total IT experience, including 9+ years specifically with Salesforce.
- 6+ years of specialized experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, including Lightning and headless implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DX.
- Proficiency with JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Deep understanding of B2B/B2C data models, entitlement rules, account-based visibility, and multi-currency and multi-language implementations.
- Experience with Order Management and Omni-Channel Inventory industries.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce for Developers, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant.
- AI Associate or AI Specialist certification is a plus.
