Base Salary
$115k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, performant features and resilient systems for fulfillment team member-facing applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations teams to deliver customer and fulfillment enhancements.
- Create automated solutions, reusable modules, tooling, and standardized development workflows.
- Contribute to logging, testing, instrumentation, metrics, monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
- Conduct design and code reviews, establish development guidelines, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and improve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon SQS, and Amazon SNS.
- Full-stack development experience with Java, React, TypeScript, or related languages.
- Experience monitoring production environments and troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving production issues.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or a similar tool.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, highly available systems.
- Ability to independently break down product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Bonus: hands-on experience applying AI tools to improve productivity.
- Bonus: experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Base salary range of $115,000–$184,500, plus eligibility for 401(k), new-hire and annual equity grants, and potential annual bonus for eligible C08+ positions.
