Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems through APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Gather requirements with business stakeholders and IT teams and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform unit and user acceptance testing, solution deployments, application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create technical documentation and follow Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- U.S. citizenship, successful completion of a background check, and ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance when required.
- Federal government CRM implementation experience, especially with the VA or another federal healthcare agency, is preferred.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, Agile/Scrum delivery, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications is preferred.
