Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and support local server-side software components and enterprise application environments.
- Set up and support databases, integrations, APIs, data processing, imports, exports, synchronization, and workflow execution.
- Develop and maintain automation and orchestration scripts.
- Monitor system health and investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, configuration, integration, and environment issues.
- Support software releases, upgrades, infrastructure changes, testing, validation, acceptance activities, and production readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with remote engineering and product teams to implement changes and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train customer-side users and technical personnel when required.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for operational and support-related matters.
Requirements
- Strong experience administering Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with automation and operational support processes.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, HTTPS, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting application, infrastructure, and integration issues.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent-work, and communication skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical meetings and communication with international teams.
- Nice-to-have experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools, monitoring and observability platforms, secure or regulated environments, GIS, visualization, spatial data, 3D platforms, or customer-facing implementation and technical consulting.
