Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and define product-level implementations for Telco policy solutions.
- Design high-level and low-level architectures, including IP and network design.
- Define use cases aligned with statements of work and 3GPP standards.
- Prepare CIQ materials and technical documentation.
- Develop and validate policy rules and create and execute test strategies.
- Prepare onboarding files, install and configure software, and perform integration, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
- Provide troubleshooting, tracing, and monitoring support and develop automation scripts.
- Manage go-live activities and migration of traffic, data, and subscribers.
- Conduct technical risk analysis and produce tracking reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Telco software solution development and/or integration.
- Strong background in high-level and low-level design documentation and advanced software development and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL databases.
- Expertise with TCP/IP, Diameter, Gx, Rx, Sy, HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, REST, and SNMP.
- Understanding of network architectures and international standards including 3GPP and ETSI.
- Knowledge of VNF, CNF, CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with 5780DSC, SPS-P, or NPC Policy solutions is advantageous.
- Experience with application integration projects, including multi-database or complex environments.
- Knowledge of payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE, IMS, and OSS/BSS frameworks.
- Solution Architect certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, reporting, documentation, customer relationship, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
