Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance responsive web portals, websites, intranets, transactional applications, and customer-facing digital applications.
- Build frontend and backend components, reusable UI components, APIs, services, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, and data protection capabilities.
- Translate requirements into user-centered digital experiences using UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.
- Analyze digital journeys, web analytics, and user behavior to identify improvements in usability, navigation, engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for design, coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting, and explore AI-enabled capabilities and development frameworks.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and web services, participate in CI/CD and deployment processes, deploy across cloud and enterprise environments, monitor performance, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with IT, Digitization, Corporate Affairs, business stakeholders, and external partners on requirements, solution design, architecture reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React or equivalent frontend frameworks.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, .NET, Java, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON, authentication, API integration, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance.
- Experience with web portals, corporate websites, intranets, customer-facing applications, modern web frameworks, digital platforms, cloud application development, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, databases, data modeling, and SQL or NoSQL technologies; Azure or equivalent cloud experience is preferred.
- Understanding of UI/UX, information architecture, user journey design, accessibility, responsive design, design systems, and the ability to interpret or create wireframes, prototypes, layouts, and design specifications.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools is preferred; web analytics and user behavior analysis experience is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code; understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and experience integrating AI services or APIs are preferred or advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in web development, cloud, UI/UX, AI, or digital technologies are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, independent task ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
