Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow business rules and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain existing and custom ServiceNow applications and integrations with other applications.
- Develop and support Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
- Create and use update sets between ServiceNow instances.
- Maintain highly available and recoverable environments.
- Document, maintain, and update procedures and controls for custom application development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis.
- Create reports using the standard reporting engine and manage metrics and SLAs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and the ServiceNow enterprise product suite.
- Understanding of technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions.
- Experience with Service Portal development and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with Python and Shell scripting.
- Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB process areas.
- Ability to follow ServiceNow scripting, security, and implementation best practices.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
