Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, governance standards, and content lifecycle processes.
- Build and customize Power Apps, including canvas and/or model-driven applications, to automate cybersecurity workflows, requests, and approvals.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation, system integration, process orchestration, and secure data movement.
- Create and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards covering security metrics, incident trends, and operational performance.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, user-friendly Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
- Document solution designs, configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures for support and compliance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT security, infrastructure, and leadership teams to align solutions with security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection standards.
- Support change management through user training, demonstrations, and communications about new or updated solutions.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cybersecurity best practices and implement improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a closely related Microsoft 365 development role.
- Active Power Platform Certification.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2016+ solutions, including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Strong experience building Power Apps that integrate with SharePoint and other data sources.
- Practical experience with Power Automate for workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration.
- Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and secure data access.
- Understanding of access control, least-privilege principles, data classification, and secure Microsoft 365 configuration.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into effective, secure technical solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD, and their integration with SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern SharePoint frameworks is preferred.
- Experience managing SharePoint permissions, governance policies, and content lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in English.
