Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models for business applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation to advance machine learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and systems.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging AI and machine learning trends.
- Test and validate AI systems to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Own end-to-end AI solutions, including agentic workflows and GenAI-powered systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 9–12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, optimization, probability theory, and experimental methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable computing resources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and English communication skills.
