Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact application and business-process problems through complex systems analysis and interpretive problem solving.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement scalable, highly available applications in accordance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and maintain web applications, backend services, APIs, and integrated solutions using Java/J2EE and related technologies.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risks, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and safeguard company, client, and firm assets.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, React JS, REST APIs, multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, enterprise design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience developing and architecting integrated solutions with scalability, high availability, and consistency requirements.
- Experience developing APIs and web services using REST and SOAP.
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle, or NoSQL platforms.
- Understanding of cloud and container platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes, and container deployment.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine, or Mocha.
- Preferred experience with high-speed messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Base salary range of $96,960.00 to $145,440.00, with eligible discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
