Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and implementation of new or revised applications.
- Manage and monitor application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user or operational support.
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade Java applications and scalable containerized microservices.
- Develop and support CI/CD-based delivery pipelines and platform modernization initiatives.
- Analyze complex application, business-process, system-process, and industry-standard issues and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess system usage and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install and support customer-facing systems.
- Define operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
- Serve as a technical advisor, subject-matter expert, coach, or advisor to peers, junior analysts, and senior stakeholders.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Core Java knowledge, including object-oriented design and programming, multithreading, collections, exception handling, file I/O, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of GoF design patterns and experience with Spring Boot, Swagger, and Tomcat.
- Experience processing JSON and XML and working with REST, SOAP, JMS, and microservices.
- Experience with at least one messaging system such as Kafka, Tibco, or IBM MQ.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to write shell and batch programs and demonstrate subject-matter expertise in applications development.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, communication, prioritization, deadline-management, and adaptability skills.
- Loan IQ Platform or Loan IQ SDK development experience is desirable.

- Primary salary range is $96,960.00 to $145,440.00 per year.
