Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Risk Management and General Counsel’s Office products and other enterprise technology solutions.
- Manage technical tasks within project plans and coordinate with project managers and project teams.
- Participate in the full delivery cycle from sprint planning through release.
- Deliver robust, high-performing, scalable code and follow application engineering standards and methodologies.
- Identify project issues, risks, and threats; develop solutions and make decisions with input from technical leads.
- Provide supervision and support to meet quality, timeline, budget, and delivery expectations.
- Support internal IT teams, task forces, and other IT projects and programs.
- Work with business sponsors, application architects, business experts, vendors, and external resources.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in application design and development.
- Expertise with .NET, including C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Services.
- Database experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, and T-SQL.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, NodeJS, Angular, and HTTP REST calls.
- Experience with Azure and the Azure DevOps environment.
- Experience with reporting tools including Power BI, Power Query, and SSRS.
- Experience with SharePoint Server Object Model, JSOM/CSOM, SharePoint REST API, PHA, and SHA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and independent working skills.
- Experience managing and motivating virtual teams and managing business relationships.
- Experience working with vendor applications and external resource providers.
