Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Risk Management and General Counsel’s Office applications and technology solutions.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality code across the full software delivery cycle from sprint planning through release.
- Manage technical tasks within project plans and coordinate with project managers, application architects, business sponsors, and project teams.
- Identify project issues, risks, and threats; evaluate options; and implement appropriate solutions.
- Apply application engineering methodologies, standards, leading practices, budgets, and timelines to support quality delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and supervision to internal IT teams, task forces, and other IT projects and programs.
- Collaborate with vendors, external resource providers, business stakeholders, and virtual teams to deliver project value.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in application design and development.
- Expertise with C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Services.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, and T-SQL.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js, Angular, and HTTP REST calls.
- Ability to work throughout the delivery lifecycle and manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with vendor applications, external resource providers, business relationships, and virtual team management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Query, SSRS, and SharePoint technologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively using Agile methodology.
