Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Design enterprise integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Define data migration, security, governance, and deployment strategies.
- Drive adoption of Dynamics embedded Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent automation.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor project teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Requires 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM implementations.
- Requires strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Service, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
- Requires experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and DevOps.
- Requires hands-on experience with integration, data migration, security, and solution governance.
- Requires strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Commercial Cloud and Government Cloud environments, Azure and AWS deployments, advanced AI and Generative AI knowledge, Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI experience, and Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Government clearance is required.
