Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI infrastructure services and resolve customer issues.
- Lead delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts, including timelines, SLAs, support, and production commitments.
- Coordinate customer feedback, feature requests, and requirements with product and support teams.
- Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
- Engage directly with founders, CTOs, research engineers, and heads of infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
- Track record in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture for infrastructure engagements through production.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations.
- Proven success driving technical engagement and adoption.
- Working knowledge of Slurm, Kubernetes, cluster orchestration, scheduling, and batch/HPC workload management.
- Preferred experience with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, TGI, LLM-D, Lustre, GPFS, InfiniBand/RDMA networking, parallel storage, and distributed training topologies.
