Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities using generative AI, predictive scoring, and intent-based automation.
- Own the architecture and integration of marketing systems, identifying data breaks and logic conflicts and implementing scalable solutions.
- Build and connect systems that support personalization and customer journeys across acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
- Translate performance data and business requirements into architecture and process improvements that improve planning cycles and marketing ROI.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, and technical teams on architecture, planning, governance, and technical decisions.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews, advise on technical designs, and evaluate trade-offs across systems and teams.
- Build and own a centralized marketing hub covering budget allocation, planning, campaign execution, and performance feedback loops.
Requirements
- 8+ years of MarTech experience with ownership of enterprise-scale system architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and building AI-powered marketing capabilities, including generative AI, predictive scoring, and intent-based automation.
- Deep experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale, including lead scoring, lifecycle automation, customer journeys, personalization, and campaign and opportunity data models.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgeting, planning cycles, and ROI measurement.
- Experience building scalable integrations using APIs and middleware across marketing systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Coupa.
- Experience contributing to vendor evaluation and enterprise platform implementation.
- Ability to translate cross-functional requirements into system architecture and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $132,000–$198,000 USD for U.S. locations, with additional potential bonus, variable compensation where applicable, equity, sign-on payments, and health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
- The role may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, coordinated in advance.
