Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain scalable software for testing and validating CoreWeave’s global infrastructure.
- Develop performance tests and automation workflows to expand hardware validation across the fleet.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes custom controllers and operators used for infrastructure testing.
- Adapt and extend open-source tooling to improve visibility into system metrics, performance, and health.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with fleet, product, and hardware teams.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–5 years of software engineering experience at the IC2 level.
- Competency in Go and/or Python software development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale.
- Preferred qualifications include backend service development, hardware testing at scale, HPC, and AI/ML infrastructure or training and inference experience.
