Base Salary
$79k - $119k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, triage, and perform root cause analysis on technical issues using logs, database queries, and monitoring data.
- Monitor system logs, investigate performance bottlenecks and anomalies, and maintain dashboards for key system metrics.
- Query and analyze PostgreSQL data with SQL to investigate discrepancies, trends, and troubleshooting issues.
- Support and monitor AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS in collaboration with engineering.
- Translate business requirements into test requirements and test plans with product managers and engineers.
- Perform ticket review, refinement, manual and potentially exploratory testing, and bug identification.
- Support scrum-team backlogs, ticket refinement, roadmap development, UAT testing, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
- Follow company policies and the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting noncompliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA analysis, software engineering, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Python and strong SQL experience are required; familiarity with SQLAlchemy is preferred.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic is required.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and experience with GitHub or similar source control repositories are required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Preferred qualifications include Terraform or CloudFormation experience, API testing knowledge, CI/CD pipeline experience, data warehousing knowledge, and PBM industry experience.
