Base Salary
$170k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement features in a large-scale, mature React application used internally for moderation and labeling.
- Collaborate with product teams to execute moderation tooling for the application.
- Gather feedback from moderators and use it to improve their toolkit.
- Build and maintain internal moderation applications and user-safety tools.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering skills.
- 5+ years of experience building large-scale applications with TypeScript and React.
- Experience building large React applications in production.
- Strong UI/UX judgment.
- Experience working across the full stack of applications.
- Intuitive understanding of social media.
- Ability to work effectively on small, fast-moving teams and interest in shaping social networking.
