Base Salary
$149k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver Developer Intelligence systems focused on engineering telemetry, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
- Analyze developer workflows and SDLC feedback loops to design efficient, testable, and maintainable software components.
- Build subsystems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.
- Integrate AI tools into engineering workflows for automated code reviews, software validation, and incident triage.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, automate processes, and improve codebase maintainability.
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, participate in design reviews, mentor peers, and train newer team members on platform architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex technical components autonomously.
- Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python.
- Experience with data pipelines, engineering telemetry streams, large-scale observability infrastructure, or developer metrics frameworks.
- Experience embedding AI models, using LLM APIs, or integrating automated orchestration tools into software pipelines or system-triaging workflows.
- Experience developing, deploying, and operating software on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with build systems, local development environments, or automated testing frameworks is preferred.
- Experience building internal tools for engineers and improving internal development practices is preferred.
