Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build data models and workflows that power a property management operating system.
- Develop AI systems that use property context to complete tasks, identify missing information, and escalate to people when needed.
- Make engineering decisions involving payments, financial records, and resident communications.
- Ship software to real users, identify system gaps, and iterate based on feedback.
- Help shape the product and engineering practices of an early-stage team.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software end to end in backend or full-stack roles.
- Experience taking projects from problem definition through launch and iteration, ideally at an early-stage startup or as a founder or early engineer.
- Comfort with TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn these technologies quickly.
- Experience with other technology stacks is welcome.
- Ownership, rapid learning, and comfort working in an ambiguous environment.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
